"My BF called, got a quote based on the information Melissa requested. After reviewing the quote, decide to move forward with the policy. He gave credit card information to start coverage effective today. Then BF called his current carrier and cancelled. A little while later, received a call from Peter Podzemny's team saying he couldn't be covered due to something on his record from over 5 years ago (June 2019). She stated that it wouldn't fall off his record until August. Why didn't they pull this 'record' prior to giving the quote? He requested to speak with the owner, Peter, but was given the run around and they would not supply BF with Peter's contact information. Peter should know that his staff is not giving honest quotes. Thankfully he was able to reinstate with previous insurance carrier but what if he wasn't able to?"

"Heather, your BF failed to disclose all the information on his driving record with the appropriate dates which caused him to be ineligible in our system. From my understanding, my staff has reached out to him and explained everything to him. We do have to have permission to pull your records which he gave us. Our system was not working properly, and we did call back within 30 minutes to let him know. I am happy to hear that he was able to reinstate his policies. Correct information is key, and I hope we can work together in the future, Dennis"
